Supporting you through anxiety, trauma, loss, and life’s relational challenges.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in patterns you can’t explain, or burdened by past experiences? Whether you’re facing trauma, grief, low self-esteem, or relationship stress, therapy can help you move toward clarity, self-acceptance, and healing.
I offer a safe, warm and non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s holding you back. As we work together, I’ll be curious but respectful, supportive yet gently challenging, helping you understand yourself, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with your sense of agency.

You don’t have to carry it all alone. I invite you into a nourishing therapeutic relationship, one where you can explore, repair, and rediscover your path to wholeness.

As an integrative counsellor, I work relationally using a psychodynamic-humanistic model – so within our developing relationship we explore the ‘back then’ to understand how the past affects your present life in the moment and ‘out there’ in the world. This may help you to view your issues differently and help you make new choices allowing you to feel better about yourself.
I have experience working with people of different ethnicities, cultures, faiths, disabilities, genders and age. I work with issues such as general anxiety disorder, stress, low self-esteem, shame, adverse childhood events, abandonment, loss, bereavement and relationship issues. I am a qualified teacher of 30+ years’ experience and have worked extensively identifying safeguarding issues within schools. My experience also covers domestic violence using trauma focused counselling.
The work that I do is regularly supervised to ensure the highest standard of care. I offer sessions in-person, online or over the telephone and would be pleased to hear from you if you are interested in making contact.
Sessions are £55. Concessionary rates are available for students. Flexible hours are available.
I look forward to hearing from you.
